Player Agreement — BetJordan

This Player Agreement governs the acceptable use of BetJordan and all services made available through betjordancasino.net. By registering an account or accessing any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use BetJordan.

BetJordan reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically to remain informed of their obligations.

1. Eligibility

To open and operate an account with BetJordan, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter. Failure to meet any condition may result in account suspension or permanent closure without prior notice.

2. You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

2. Account Registration

You must notify BetJordan promptly if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account. BetJordan will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. Account credentials must not be shared with or transferred to any other person under any circumstances.

3. Identity Verification

BetJordan operates a mandatory Know Your Customer process consistent with anti-money laundering obligations. All players are required to submit identity documentation before withdrawals are processed, and BetJordan may request documentation at any earlier stage at its sole discretion.

Players who have already opted into a promotion will be governed by the terms applicable at the time of opt-in, provided those terms have not been superseded by a subsequent legal or regulatory obligation.

7. Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds issued by BetJordan are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Unless otherwise stated in the promotion-specific terms, the standard wagering requirement is 25 times the combined total of the bonus amount and qualifying deposit.
